1. Using TREJJ Share
TREJJ Share is a file-transfer service provided by TREJJ. These terms, the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy govern your use of it. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement or have permission from a responsible adult who accepts these terms. You must have the rights and authority needed to upload and share each file.
2. Your account
Provide an accurate email address, verify it and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for the people with whom you share a link or password. A recipient may copy or redistribute a downloaded file; revoking a link cannot recover those copies.
3. Your content
You retain your ownership rights. You give TREJJ the limited permission needed to store, scan, transmit and delete your files to operate the service. We may inspect files and associated metadata for security, abuse handling and legal obligations. This service does not provide end-to-end encryption.
4. Limits and expiry
Plan limits apply to active storage, file size, transfer frequency, recipients and expiry choices. Files are unavailable immediately on expiry or revocation. Background cleanup removes expired files from active storage, normally within a few minutes. Interrupted uploads are removed after six hours of inactivity. Keep your own original copies: TREJJ Share is a transfer tool, not your only backup.
5. Prices and payments
Prices and the access term are displayed before checkout. Paystack charges in NGN; NOWPayments prices are in USD and may involve network fees and minimums shown by the provider. Payment must be verified before paid access starts. Plans do not automatically charge a stored card. Renewals require a new checkout. A plan change activates the selected plan and adds the purchased term to remaining paid time. Price changes apply to new checkouts; administrators may update plan limits as the service develops.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may stop renewing at any time. Paid access lasts until its recorded end date, after which the account returns to Free. Contact support promptly about duplicate, incorrect or failed payments or a refund request; requests are reviewed in light of the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Provider or network fees may not be recoverable. Nothing here limits a mandatory legal right.
7. Safety and availability
We may block a transfer or suspend an account to address malware, suspected abuse, security risk, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. Security scans can produce false positives and cannot detect every threat. We take reasonable steps to operate the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, suitability for every purpose or guaranteed delivery. To the extent permitted by law, TREJJ is not responsible for indirect losses or copies retained by recipients. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
8. Contact and changes
Contact support@trejj.net about the service, rights requests, disputes or abuse. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified through the service. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection law continues to apply.
