How do I send files?

Create an account, verify your email and open Send files. Choose your files, a name and an expiry. Add recipient emails or leave them blank to copy a private link. Sharing unlocks after the security scan passes.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. A recipient only needs the transfer link and, if you set one, its password.

Can I share more than one file?

Yes, up to 20 files in a transfer, within your plan's storage and per-file limits. The recipient downloads the files individually.

What happens at expiry?

The link stops granting downloads as soon as its expiry time is reached. Background cleanup permanently removes the files from active storage, normally within a few minutes. You can also revoke a transfer sooner.

How do access notifications work?

We notify you when the first download is requested. This avoids treating automated email-link previews as downloads. Your activity log records subsequent requests. A download request is not proof that a recipient saved the complete file.

How are files protected?

Transfers use HTTPS, unpredictable private links and optional passwords. Uploads live outside the website's public directory and are never executed. Every file must pass a malware check before download. TREJJ Protect guards the application, and files are served as attachments. These controls reduce risk; no scanner can guarantee every file is harmless.

Are files end-to-end encrypted?

No. HTTPS protects files in transit, and access controls protect the service's private storage. TREJJ Share needs to inspect uploaded files for malware. A transfer password controls access; it does not encrypt the file itself.

Why was my upload blocked?

Malware, encrypted archives, damaged files and files exceeding scanner limits may be rejected. A failed or unavailable scan also blocks sharing. Remove the affected content and retry with an inspectable copy.

What if my upload is interrupted?

Keep the page open and retry to resume the current upload. After a refresh, start a new transfer and delete the old draft from your workspace. Inactive unfinished uploads are removed automatically after six hours.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose a plan and pay through Paystack or NOWPayments. Access starts after payment is independently verified. Plans run for the displayed term, with no automatic charges. Renew from Billing when you need another term.

Why isn't crypto available for a small payment?

NOWPayments sets a live minimum that may be higher than the price of a plan. We show the smallest prepaid bundle of access terms that meets that minimum before opening an invoice. You review and confirm the exact total and duration. Paystack remains an alternative for a single term.

Are there anti-abuse email limits?

Yes. Recipient counts are limited by your plan and a service-wide cap of 500 recipient emails per account per day. Free accounts are limited to 25. Link sharing is still available after the email limit is reached.

What may I share?

Files you own or have permission to share, for a lawful purpose. Malware, stolen data, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, phishing and abusive bulk messaging are prohibited. Read our Acceptable Use Policy.

How can I report abuse or get help?

Email support@trejj.net with the transfer link and a brief explanation. Do not attach illegal or harmful content to your report.
