What we collect
We process account information (email, display name, password hash or Google account identifier), files and their names and sizes, transfer messages, recipient emails, expiry settings and download-request events. We also process payment references, provider status, plan entitlements and limited technical security logs. We do not receive a full payment-card number.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide accounts, deliver transfers and notifications, control access, enforce quotas, verify payments, prevent abuse and respond to legal obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is needed to perform the service agreement, meet legal duties or protect legitimate security and operational interests. Optional access notifications can be switched off in your account.
Who receives information
Chosen recipients receive access links and the details needed to collect the files. Anyone with a valid link may access an unprotected transfer, so share links carefully. Amazon SES delivers service emails; Paystack and NOWPayments process payments; Google processes sign-in if you choose that option. Our infrastructure and security providers process information necessary to run the service. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards and provider arrangements.
Retention and deletion
Files stop being downloadable at expiry or revocation and are removed from active storage by background cleanup. Incomplete uploads are removed after six hours of inactivity. Closed transfer records and their recipient and event records are normally removed 30 days after the transfer's expiry. Successful notification bodies are removed after seven days; failed notification records are removed after 30 days. Account, payment and security records may be retained as needed for the account, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Restricted operational backups can temporarily retain metadata until replaced or aged out. We do not promise recovery of deleted files.
Your choices and rights
You can revoke transfers, change access-notification preferences and update your display name in the workspace. Contact support@trejj.net from your account email to request access, correction, account deletion or information about other rights available to you. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that we are legally required to keep. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority, including the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, private file storage, password hashing and malware checks. No service or scanner can eliminate every risk. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this site.
